George Elsom came from an insurance background with one of the big captive carriers, while Monica Elsom had a career in clothing manufacturing. Both settled in Central Oregon with their two kids, Kaylee and Austin. After being recruited by a local insurance agency to run operations, they purchased Insure Pacific in 2008 to run and grow for themselves. In 2013, they purchased another local independent agency from a family they had a relationship with.

Both were local independent agencies that wanted the next generation to take care of their staff and clients like they would. Our mission is to have coverage that competes with the "big guys" while taking care of our customers personally.

Unfortunately, George passed away in 2015, and Monica has been running it successfully since. The agency has moved forward, improving and building individuals that want to grow and improve themselves.
